                  Knowledge Base

A friendly guide to the Picture Party affiliate portal and Print Studio. Skim the table of contents, or scroll through — everything you need is right here. Every section reviewed & updated July 29, 2026.

Welcome — you're in the right place

This portal is where you manage your clients and their Picture Parties, design printed QR Cards and Table Tents in the , and track every click your unique affiliate link brings in. You don't need to be technical to use it. If you can drag, tap, and type, you can do everything in here.

This is hands-off for you. You give us the info — client name, party details, where to ship — and we take it from there. We print, package, and ship the pieces you design. We handle the payouts. You just bring the relationships.
If you ever get stuck, the answer is almost always on this page. Use the table of contents above to jump around — and hover any heading to grab a direct link to that exact section, perfect for sharing with a teammate.

Getting Around — a tour of the sidebar

Everything lives in the sidebar on the left (or behind the menu button on a phone). From top to bottom:

                  • Your name & photo — opens : your details, password, text size, and email preferences.
                  • Search… — the portal-wide search. See below.
                  • Home — your dashboard: the Updates feed from the Picture Party team on the left, and a month calendar of your parties and orders on the right.
                  • Calendar — the big, full-page calendar with search and a list view.
                  • My Clients — everyone you work with, plus their parties and order history.
                  • My Picture Parties — every party you've added, yours and your clients', in one table.
                  • Orders — every print order across all your clients.
                  • Print Studio — opens the design app where QR Cards and Table Tents are made and ordered.
                  • Knowledge Base — this page.
                  • Training Library — recorded walkthroughs and training sessions.
                  • Log Out.

                  The little footer row

At the very bottom of the sidebar:

                  • The version number (like v2026.7.29) is a button — click it to open What's New, a running changelog of every portal release, grouped by date.
                  • The sun/moon pill switches between light and dark mode. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to every device.
                  • The collapse button (desktop) shrinks the sidebar down to icons. Also remembered across devices.

                  On a phone

The top strip shows a menu button, the current page name, that page's main actions, and — on pages that have one — a button that slides the calendar in. The menu opens as its own full screen; Search lives inside it.

Every page has its own address

Each page, client, party, and order has its own #/ web address you can bookmark or send to a teammate — and every section of this guide does too (hover a heading and click the icon to copy it).

If you see a "New portal version available" banner while working, we've just shipped an update. Finish what you're doing, then hit Refresh — the portal never reloads itself out from under you.

Search — jump anywhere in two keystrokes

                  Opening it

                  • Desktop: press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere — or click the Search… pill near the top of the sidebar.
                  • Phone: tap the menu button, then Search….

                  What it finds

                  • Pages — Calendar, My Clients, My Picture Parties, Orders, My Account.
                  • Your clients — by name, company, or email.
                  • Your parties — by title, with the client's name shown underneath.
                  • Quick actions — Toggle dark mode and Sign out.

Before you type anything, it shows your recent picks and a Jump to list. As you type, the matching letters highlight so you can see why something matched. Use ↑/↓ to move, Enter to go, Esc to close.

Fastest path to anything: Cmd+K, first few letters of a client's name, Enter. You're on their page.

Training Library — watch the walkthroughs

The Training Library (sidebar entry, near the bottom) is where recorded walkthroughs and training sessions live. If you're new, watch the affiliate training video first — it's the fastest way to get up to speed.

                  Playing a video

Click any card to expand it. Most videos play right there in the portal — no new tab, no app to install. A few older webinar recordings can't be embedded; those show a Watch on GoTo Stage button that opens them in a new tab instead.

                  Clickable transcripts

Videos with a timestamped transcript show it beside the video on desktop (below it on a phone), broken into timestamped lines. Click any line to jump the video to that exact moment. As the video plays, the active line highlights and the transcript scrolls to keep up. The video's description sits underneath. Some videos have a plain-text transcript instead — readable, just not clickable.

                  Layout toggle (desktop)

When a video has a transcript, a small Stacked / Side by side toggle appears at the top right of the open card on wider screens. Side-by-side puts the video on the left and transcript on the right; Stacked puts the transcript underneath. Your choice sticks for the next card you open.

Sharing a link — including a specific moment

The icon on each card copies a direct link to that video. Once you've played past 0:00, a small dropdown caret appears next to it with "Copy link at current time" — that adds the timestamp to the URL, so whoever opens it lands at the same moment you did (and the video starts playing there).

                  Where you left off

If you navigate to another portal page while a video is playing, it pauses — and when you come back, it's right where you left it. (Collapsing the card itself resets it, so use the sidebar to hop away and back.)

Your library is curated for your affiliate type, so your list can differ from a colleague's. New sessions get added periodically — refresh the page to pick up the latest.

Quick Status — is everything working?

If something feels off, walk through this short checklist. Each item is a thing you can verify yourself in less than a minute.

                  1. Your account is set up. Click your name at the top of the sidebar to open . You should see your name, email, and your affiliate details filled in. If anything is blank or wrong, click Edit on the My Details card to fix it — or reach out to us if something's off that you can't fix yourself.
                  2. Your affiliate link is generated. On My Account, look for the My Link card. It shows a URL like https://pictureparty.com/go/PP-A8X2K9/ — ending with your unique six-character affiliate ID. If the link is missing, log out and back in once.
                  3. Your stats are loading. The My Link card shows your Conversion, Commissions, and Payouts tiles with clicks and installs underneath, and a note like "All time · cached 4h ago." If you see a stale badge, our stats provider is being slow — the numbers shown are your last-known totals, and nothing is lost.
Everything check out? You're set up perfectly — every click, install, and credit tied to your link is being recorded.

                  Your Affiliate Link

                  What is it?

It is a web address that tells us "this visitor came from you." When someone opens it, we count the click. Then we send them on to get the Picture Party app — the App Store or Google Play, whichever suits their phone. Your credit goes with them. Any installs and sign-ups that follow are added to your account for you.

                  Why is yours unique?

Your link ends with a code that belongs only to you — your affiliate ID, six characters like PP-A8X2K9. Two affiliates never share the same link. That's how we know whose audience drove which traffic.

                  Where do I find it?

Open the sidebar, click your name (or profile picture) at the top — that opens . Look for the My Link card.

                  My Link
                  https://pictureparty.com/go/PP-A8X2K9/
The My Link card shows your URL and a one-click copy button.

                  How do I copy it?

                  1. Find the link in the My Link card.
                  2. Tap the small copy icon on the right side of the URL bar.
                  3. You'll see a quick confirmation that says "Link copied".
                  4. Now paste it (Ctrl+V on Windows, Cmd+V on Mac, or long-press → "Paste" on a phone) into your Instagram bio, a text message, an email signature — anywhere you want.
Where it pays off: Instagram bio, link-in-bio tools (Linktree, Beacons), YouTube descriptions, email signatures, text messages to friends and prospects, the "About" section on TikTok, Facebook posts. Anywhere people who trust you will see it.

                  What counts as a click?

                  • Every time someone opens your link, we record it — you can even see individual clicks (with the visitor's country) in the Recent Activity feed on My Account.
                  • Testing your own link won't inflate your numbers — repeat clicks from the same device within the hour are filtered out. Click it once to check it works, and trust the filter after that.
What about the QR codes on printed cards? Those do a different job: they take guests straight to the party page so they can join and add photos on the spot. Your link stats (clicks, installs) only count people who used your affiliate link itself — so share the link anywhere you want credit tracked.

                  Reading Your Stats

The My Link card on shows a few different numbers. They're all all-time totals — here's what each one tells you, in plain English.

                  StatWhat it meansWhy it matters
Clicks The number of times anyone has opened your unique link. Tells you how much traffic you're sending. More clicks = more reach.
Installs How many people downloaded the Picture Party app after clicking your link. This is the first real conversion — turning a click into a new Picture Party user.
Conversion The percentage of clicks that turned into installs (Installs ÷ Clicks). A healthy rate means your audience is the right audience. Low? Try different placements.
Commissions The dollar total of every earning credited to your account by the Picture Party team. This is what's been recorded for you so far, all-time.
Payouts How many individual credit events make up that total — each one is a separate entry on your account. A high count with low commissions means lots of small credits; a low count with big commissions means a handful of big wins.
iOS / Android Your clicks and installs broken down by phone type. Helps you figure out which platforms your audience uses, so you can tailor content.

                  How fresh are the numbers?

The footer of the card tells you: "All time · just fetched" or "All time · cached 4h ago." Click and install counts come from our attribution partner and can take up to 24 hours to land on your dashboard. The refresh button asks for the very latest — though if the provider is busy it may hand back the cached numbers, and that's fine: your totals never go backwards, and nothing is ever lost.

See a stale badge? The stats provider isn't answering right now, so you're looking at your last-known totals. It sorts itself out — check back later.

                  Adding & Managing Clients

A client is anyone you book a Picture Party for. A couple getting married. A restaurant owner. Someone running an event for their company. The portal keeps each client's parties, orders and contact details in one place, so you never have to go digging.

                  Where to find them

In the sidebar, click . The list shows each client's company, category, location, party count, and when they were last updated. Click any row to open their page.

                  Adding a new client

                  1. On the My Clients page, click Add Client. (On a phone, the button lives in the top strip.)
                  2. Fill in the name — that's the only required field. Optionally pick a category from the icon grid (Restaurant, Wedding, Corporate, Hospitality, Non-Profit, and a dozen more), and add a company, email, or notes.
                  3. Click Add Client (or just press Enter from the name field). Phone number and mailing address can be added any time from the client's page via Edit.

                  Importing several at once (CSV)

Moving from another tool? Click Import on the My Clients page and choose a CSV file. The first row needs column headers — the portal recognizes Name (required), Email, Company, Phone, Category, Address, City, State, Zip, and Notes, and it's forgiving about naming ("Full Name", "Organization", "Cell" all work). You'll see a preview of the first few rows before anything is saved.

                  • Up to 500 clients per file — split bigger lists.
                  • Rows without a name are skipped.
                  • Categories are matched against the portal's list; anything unrecognized just imports without a category.

                  Exporting your list

The Export button saves your whole client list as a CSV file. You get every client, even if a search or a filter is switched on at the time.

                  The client page

                  • Photo — click the round avatar to upload a picture of your client (or their logo). It shows up next to their name everywhere.
                  • Category — click the category pill under their name to change it on the spot, no Edit needed.
                  • Edit — opens the full form: name, email, company, phone (formats itself as you type), and their mailing address with autocomplete — start typing the street and pick from the dropdown.
                  • Add Party — attach a Picture Party to this client. See .
                  • Order History — every print order for this client, with its own search, type filter, and sort.
                  • Delete (trash icon) — removes the client and all of their parties and orders. You'll be asked to confirm, and it can't be undone.

Searching, filtering & arranging the table

The search bar matches name, email, or company. The category dropdown narrows to one category (it only lists categories you actually use). And every table in the portal is yours to arrange:

                  • Click a header to sort by that column.
                  • Drag a header left or right to reorder columns.
                  • Drag a header's edge to resize it.
                  • The button shows or hides columns.

All of it is remembered on your account, so your layout follows you to any device.

                  Adding & Managing Picture Parties

A Picture Party is one event — one wedding, one grand opening, one launch. Each party belongs to a client (or to you, if it's your own).

                  Adding a party

                  1. Click Add Party — on a client's page, or on .
                  2. Paste the party's link (it looks like https://pictureparty.app/g/…) — or scan/upload a photo of its QR code and the portal reads the link out of the image for you. Older myseum.org links work too.
                  3. Adding from My Picture Parties? Pick who it's for: yourself, any client, or + New client… to create one on the spot.
                  4. Click Add party. Within a couple of seconds the party appears with its details pre-filled.

A confirmation pops up showing what was loaded — with a Print Studio button so you can go straight from "party added" to "cards designed."

Don't have a link yet? Ask the client for their Picture Party share link — it's the same link they'd send to their guests. Already added it? The portal spots duplicates and offers a Re-import instead of creating a copy.

What gets pulled in: the party's title, description, date, banner photo, and guest count — plus the time, location, and host name when the party page provides them. The guest count keeps itself up to date automatically. If the party's text changes later, use the Re-scrape text action on its row to refresh the words without touching any photo work you've done.

"My Picture Parties" — everything in one table

The sidebar's My Picture Parties page lists every party you've added — your own and all your clients' — in one place. Use the All / Yours / Clients' switch to narrow it, search by title, or filter by date (Upcoming, Past, Today). Long lists paginate at 50 per page. Parties marked Myself are your own — your studio's open house, your own celebration — and behave exactly like client parties.

                  The row actions

Every party row has four icon buttons:

                  • Print Studio — design and order cards or tents for this party.
                  • Open Picture Party — the party's public page, in a new tab.
                  • Re-scrape text — refresh title, description, and date from the party page (keeps images).
                  • Delete — confirms right there in the row. Any print orders for the party are kept.

                  The party detail page

Click a party's title and you'll see the full picture: opening date, time, location, host, live guest count, the client it belongs to (their name is a link), the description, any notes — and a Preview card showing your designed card for the party (it tilts with your mouse; click to enlarge). Buttons take you to the client's page or the party's public page. To design or order for the party, use the button on its row — or head to the and pick it from the list.

Adding a large batch? The importer allows about 30 new parties per hour — if you hit the ceiling, give it a few minutes and continue.

The Print Studio — your most powerful tool

The Print Studio is how you turn any Picture Party into beautiful, brand-matched printed pieces — QR Cards and Table Tents. It opens as its own full-screen design space with a live, true-to-print 3D preview — what you see is exactly what ships. No design skills required.

                  1. Opening the Print Studio

Three ways in: the Print Studio entry in the sidebar, the button on any party row, or the Print Studio button right after you add a party.

Open it from the sidebar and you land on the Studio's home screen: a personal greeting, a search box, and every one of your parties listed with quick actions — pick one and go. Open it from a party and you're dropped straight into that party's design.

Every design starts pre-filled from the party itself — title, date, description, photo, and a scannable QR code that takes guests to the party. That's just the starting point: you can override or change all of it.

First time in? Hit the Tour button (bottom-left on desktop, "Take a tour" in the phone menu). It walks you through every tool in about a minute, tailored to whichever product you're designing.

                  2. Picking a product

The product switcher sits next to the breadcrumb at the top: QR Cards or Table Tents (Posters are coming soon). Your text, photo, and styling carry across when you switch — design once, print in more than one shape. The breadcrumb itself is a navigator: searchable dropdowns for your client and party, including + New client and + New party shortcuts so you never have to leave the Studio.

                  3. The stage

The center of the screen is your piece on a reflective stage — a true-to-print preview that updates instantly. Work directly on it:

                  • Drag the photo to reposition it in its frame; scroll over it to zoom, or pinch to zoom and twist to rotate. A faint ghost of the full photo appears while you adjust, so you can see what's outside the crop.
                  • Drag the seam between photo and text to give one side more room — grab the seam itself, the QR diamond, or the floating grip beside the card. A live % readout shows the split; click a handle and nudge with the ←/→ arrow keys. If the text can't shrink any further you'll see "Photo maxed — shorten text."
                  • Drag the empty space around the piece to spin it in 3D; scroll to zoom the whole preview; double-click (or the Reset view button) to snap it back.
                  • Hover the card (desktop) for quick toggles right where you're looking — flip the photo, switch layouts, show/hide the date, time, and dividers, or change their alignment. And click any text on the card to jump straight to editing it.

                  4. The tool panels

Down the side (or in tabs on a bottom sheet on a phone) are three panels.

                  Appearance

                  • Image position — four arrangements for cards: landscape with the photo left or right, portrait with it top or bottom. Tap one and the card flips into the new shape — nothing you've typed is lost.
                  • Font pairing — a dozen curated looks (Elegant, Wedding, Modern, Bold, Handwritten…), each chip drawn in its own typeface. Hover to preview it live on the card; click to commit. Titles and descriptions size themselves to fill the space, so every pairing lands balanced.
                  • Dividers — the lines that frame the date: None, Solid, Dashed, or Dotted.
                  • Accent color — eight high-contrast standards plus swatches matched from your photo (including complementary tones, so even a one-color photo gets range). Hover previews; click applies. Under Apply to, choose what the accent tints: the Date, the Dividers, and/or the QR code — the QR stays classic black unless you opt it in, and if a color is too light to scan reliably, the Studio warns you before it becomes a problem.

                  Photo

                  • Upload photo — swap in any image from your computer or phone (up to 30 MB; iPhone photos work as-is). If it's too small to print crisply, the Studio tells you — with the actual resolution — before you order.
                  • Your photos — after your first upload, a strip appears with the party's Original plus everything you've uploaded (up to 24). Each photo remembers its own cropping, rotation, and filters, so you can switch between candidates without redoing work. The removes one from the strip.
                  • Frame — the photo/text split with Min/Max snaps, zoom and rotate sliders, one-tap rotate-90°, horizontal and vertical flips, and Reset framing.
                  • Adjust — Auto-enhance brightens and balances in one tap (it only ever lightens — it won't darken a photo). Or pick a look: B&W, Noir, Sepia, Warm, Fade, Vivid, Punch. Fine-tune opens manual sliders (brightness, contrast, saturation, vignette), and Reset photo edits clears everything for the photo you're on.

                  Content

                  • Title — up to 100 characters, with a live counter. Press Enter for a manual line break. Set its alignment (including justified), its case (as typed, Title Case, UPPERCASE, lowercase), and — where the font offers them — its weight (Light / Regular / Bold). It sizes itself to fit, always.
                  • Description — an optional tagline, up to 250 characters, with the same alignment, case, and weight controls. Start a line with "- " for a bullet.
                  • Date & Time — pick from a calendar and clock; the toggles hide either one from the card, and the alignment control positions the whole date block.

                  5. Undo, redo & autosave

The Studio saves as you go — watch the Saving… / Saved flash in the Undo pill. Changed something you don't love? Undo / Redo covers everything — text, photos, colors, layouts, even seam drags (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y, up to 50 steps). Close the tab or come back tomorrow — your design is right where you left it.

                  6. Ordering

When it looks right, set a quantity (cards start at 4) and hit Order cards. Choose where to ship, add a note for our team if there's anything special, optionally email your client a copy — then place the order and enjoy the confetti. The details live in .

                  On a phone or tablet

The tool panels become a draggable bottom sheet with Appearance / Photo / Content tabs (or a side column if you turn the phone sideways). Touch the photo and the sheet switches to the Photo tab on its own. Pinch gestures zoom your design — the page itself stays put.

Why custom cards are worth the effort

Take a moment to make the card look like you:

                  • Shareability skyrockets. Guests photograph custom cards and post them far more than generic ones. Every share is free marketing for the party (and for you).
                  • Brand consistency. Match colors to the host's palette, your studio's brand, or the party theme — it makes the whole event feel curated, not stock.
                  • Higher perceived value. Thoughtful card design earns better reviews and more referrals back to you.
                  • It's fast. A typical card takes 3–5 minutes to polish. The payoff lasts forever.

Table Tents — two-sided signs that stand on the table

Table Tents are freestanding, two-sided tent cards that stand on a table and read from both directions. They're built in the same as QR Cards — same font pairings, accent colors, and drag-to-reframe photos. Just choose Table Tents in the product switcher at the top.

                  Getting started

Open any party in the Studio and switch to Table Tents. Your design carries over — title, date, photo, QR and styling — so you start from a finished look, not a blank page. The stage shows a real, folded 3D tent: drag the space around it to spin it and see it from any angle, exactly as it'll sit on a table.

                  Full or Spotlight

Every tent face uses one of two layouts — a choice that's unique to tents:

                  • Full mirrors your card's layout: the photo, the QR at the seam, and the title, date, and description together. Best when the party details matter.
                  • Spotlight stacks a framed photo over an oversized title and a large, easy-to-scan QR — a clean "scan to join" moment. (Spotlight is deliberately minimal: no description, fixed proportions.)

You can set a different one for each side, and you still choose whether the photo sits on top or bottom.

                  One design, or two

By default a tent is synced — you design once and it prints on both sides, and a "Both sides match" badge floats above the tent. To give the sides different content, untick Sync front & back at the top of the Appearance panel. Each face then becomes its own canvas — its own title, description, photo (with its own photo strip and edits), layout, accent color, and Full-or-Spotlight setting.

                  • A Front / Back switch appears on the stage — or just spin the tent to the side you want and start editing.
                  • Copy current to back (or to front, depending which side you're on) pushes the side you're viewing onto the other one — a quick way to start the second side from the first. It asks before overwriting, and flips the tent so you see the result.
                  • The QR code and the date and time always match on both sides. Everything else is yours to change. (You can still show or hide the date independently per side.)
                  • Re-ticking Sync goes back to one shared design — the portal warns you that the back's separate design will be discarded.

                  Ordering

Table tents arrive pre-cut, with the adhesive already applied by us — no cutting, no glue. Your client just folds along the crease and stands it up. Orders start at three tents. Before you order, give the tent a spin on the stage to check both faces — and after you order, the order page and your confirmation email both show front and back previews side by side. As with any order, you can send your client a copy with a personal note.

Ways to use the second side

The back is a second surface your client has already paid for:

                  • Front for the party, back for the photos — event details up front, a bold "Scan to add your photos" on the back. Every table becomes an invitation to join.
                  • Two-way table info — a table number, menu, bar list, or wifi password that reaches everyone without printing it twice.
                  • Sponsor or co-brand the back — a simple, sellable add-on for fundraisers and corporate events.

                  Placing & Tracking Orders

When the design looks right, you order. From there it's hands-off: Picture Party prints, packages, and ships. You get a confirmation right away and a tracking email when it ships — no vendor calls, no shipping labels, no follow-ups required from you.

                  Placing an order

                  1. In the , set a quantity (cards start at 4, tents at 3) and hit Order cards / Order tents.
                  2. Choose where to ship. This party's client comes up first, using the address we have on file for them. You can also pick one of your other clients, or your own address, or type in a brand-new one. Street addresses fill themselves in as you type, and there is a spare line for a company or hotel name. Tick "Save to the client's profile" and we will keep a new address for next time.
                  3. Optionally email your client a copy of the order — with a personal message if you like — and add notes for our team (special requests, deadlines, packaging).
                  4. Click Place order. Confetti, an order number, and a View order details button — the print file starts generating immediately.
If the portal asks you to accept the Affiliate Agreement first, review and accept it from the banner (or on My Account) — ordering unlocks the moment you do.

                  What each status means

Every order has a colored status pill, and the order page shows the same journey as a step-by-step pipeline that fills in as the order moves:

                  PillStageWhat's happening
Ordered1. OrderedYou placed the order. The print file is starting to render.

                  The order detail page

Click any order to open its page. You can do that from the Orders page, from a client's Order History, or from the calendar. The page shows:

                  • The order number (with a one-tap copy button), its status pill, and the pipeline stepper
                  • Type, quantity, order date, the client (linked), the party (linked, with its live guest count), your notes, and the ship-to address
                  • A preview of exactly what's printing — both sides for a tent, a tilting snapshot for a card, and a shimmer placeholder while the file is still rendering
                  • A Tracking timeline once a label exists — every carrier scan from Label created and Awaiting carrier pickup through In transit, Out for delivery, and Delivered, newest first
                  • A Print button (top right) for a clean, receipt-style printout

                  The emails you'll get

                  • Order confirmation — sent to you the moment the preview is ready (and to your client, if you chose to copy them).
                  • "Your order has shipped" — with the carrier, tracking number, and a Track Shipment button.
                  • There's no "delivered" email — watch the tracking timeline for the final scan.

                  The Orders page

The sidebar's entry lists every order across all your clients: type, client, party, notes, event date, and order date. Search by client, party, or notes; filter to one product type; sort newest or oldest. Open an order to see its current status and tracking.

                  Archived orders

Done with an order? Archive it from its detail page to keep your active list clean. Archived orders move to the Archived tab — never deleted, previews intact, just out of the way.

Orders are capped at 200 pieces each and about 10 orders per hour — plenty for real use, just enough to stop a runaway double-click.

                  The Calendars

Your parties, orders and team news all show up on a calendar. There are a few sizes to pick from.

                  The Home calendar

On , the right side shows a month grid with a color-coded chip for each party, order, and announcement, and an Events This Month list underneath.

                  • Click a day: one event opens it directly; several pop up a little list to pick from.
                  • Hover a chip and its row lights up in the list below (and vice versa).
                  • Use the arrows to page months — the list follows — and today to jump back.
                  • On a phone, tap the button in the top strip to slide the calendar in.

                  The full-page Calendar

The sidebar's entry opens the big version. You can switch between Month and List, and a phone goes straight to the list. There is a colour key, and a Search events box. That box narrows the month's list by title, client, place or order number.

Tap any chip or row to see more. Parties and orders open their own pages. Announcements open in a small window.

                  Calendars everywhere else

                  • Client pages and My Picture Parties each have a small calendar in the side column. On a desktop it starts closed. Press the Calendar button to open it, and the portal remembers what you chose. That page's own events are listed underneath.
                  • My Account shows a mini calendar of just your parties and orders.
A party shows up on the calendar as soon as it has a date. If a party page did not come with one, add the date in the Print Studio's Content panel. The calendar will pick it up.

                  Announcements & Polls

Announcements are how the Picture Party team shares product news, tips, and program updates with all affiliates. They live in the Updates feed on , newest at the top.

                  Reading them

Each post shows who wrote it — Picture Party, or a team member by name — when, and a nicely formatted body: headings, bullets, links, and photos. Posts with several photos show a grid; tap any photo to open the viewer, where you can arrow (or swipe) through the set and swipe down to close. Announcements also appear as chips on your calendars, so a dated update is easy to find again.

                  Hearts & comments

                  • The heart at the bottom of each post adds a like. Click again to remove it.
                  • The comment icon expands a thread. Type in the box and press Enter to send.
                  • Delete your own comments with the small next to them — that's immediate, so click with intent.
                  • Comments from the Picture Party team carry a small shield.

                  Voting in polls

                  1. Tap the option you like best — that counts your vote instantly. (Some polls use photo tiles instead of text rows; same idea.)
                  2. You'll see live results — horizontal bars with the percentage on each option. Yours is highlighted green with a check.
                  3. Changed your mind? Click Change vote, then pick your new option — the switch happens when you make the new pick.
One vote per affiliate per poll. Other affiliates never see how you voted; the Picture Party team can, so we can follow up on the results.

                  Email copies

The team emails out the announcements worth flagging, not every post. You can turn those emails off in two places. One is the Email-blast announcements switch on . The other is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. Either way, every announcement still shows up here in the portal.

                  My Account & Profile

Click your name at the top of the sidebar to open . Everything personal lives there: your details, your photo, your password, the text size, and which emails you get. Your affiliate link is on that page too, along with a Recent Activity list of your latest orders and link clicks.

                  Contact info & address

Click Edit on the My Details card to change your name, email, company, or phone (it formats itself as you type). Your mailing address lives in the same form — click Edit address, start typing the street, and pick from the autocomplete dropdown. This address is what "ship to my address" uses when you place an order. Save Changes writes it all; Cancel reverts.

                  Profile photo

Click the round avatar on the My Details card and pick a photo — JPEG, PNG, or the photo straight off your iPhone all work (up to 10 MB). It's shown in a circle everywhere your name appears, so a roughly square photo looks best. Until you add one, we show your initials.

                  Changing your password

Under Security, click Change. Type the password you use now. Then type your new one twice — it needs to be at least 8 letters or numbers. Click Update Password and you are done.

                  Text size

Under Display, pick Small, Default, Large, or XL and the entire portal scales to match. (Pinch-to-zoom is turned off in the portal so pages can't get stuck zoomed in — this is the better way.) Like all your preferences, it follows your account to every device.

                  Light / Dark mode

The sun/moon pill lives in the sidebar footer, next to the version number. Click it to switch — the whole portal and the Print Studio follow. Your choice is saved to your account, so it's waiting for you on any device. (It's also a Search action: Cmd+K → "Toggle dark mode".)

                  Email preferences

Under Email, the Email-blast announcements switch decides whether flagged announcements come to your inbox.

It does not touch two other kinds of email. The first is the email the portal has to send you — password resets, order confirmations and shipping notices. Those always arrive. The second is the Picture Party newsletter, which is separate. To stop that one, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.

                  Affiliate Agreement

Sometimes we need everyone to accept the Affiliate Agreement again. When we do, an Affiliate Agreement section appears here, and a banner appears at the top of the portal.

Click Read the agreement to go through your programme's terms. Then click I Agree. That is all there is to it. After that, the section just shows the date you agreed. One thing to know: placing an order can need an up-to-date agreement.

                  Signing out

Use Log Out in the sidebar (or the Sign Out button at the bottom of My Account). On a shared computer this also clears your local preferences — sign back in and they return from your account.

                  Mobile Tips & Power-User Shortcuts

                  Pull to refresh (phones)

Scroll to the top of any page and drag down — the Picture Party logo winds up as you pull. Release once it's spinning to refresh whatever you're looking at: the Updates feed, a table, a detail page.

                  Search from anywhere

                  Print-friendly receipts

Order pages have a Print button (top right) that strips away the sidebar and chrome for a clean, receipt-style printout.

                  Copy buttons

Some things you often need to pass on: your affiliate link, an order number, a tracking code. Each one has a copy button next to it. One tap copies it, and a short "Copied" note appears so you know it worked.

                  Make the tables yours

Every list — clients, parties and orders — can be set up the way you like it. Click a heading to sort by it. Drag a heading sideways to move that column. Drag the edge of a heading to make the column wider or narrower. Use the button to hide any columns you do not need. Whatever you choose is saved to your account.

                  Staying signed in

You stay signed in for 7 days per device. After that the portal asks you to sign in again — that "Your session has expired" message is normal, not a problem.

                  Frequently Asked Questions

On the login screen, click Forgot password?. We'll email you a reset link — it's good for one hour, and setting the new password signs you straight in.

That screen almost always means an ad blocker or privacy extension is blocking the portal's connection. Turn it off for pictureparty.com and reload — or try a private/incognito window (extensions are usually off there), a different browser, or switching off a VPN. Still stuck? Email support@pictureparty.com.

Link counts can take up to 24 hours to reflect on your dashboard. Installs can take a bit longer because they come from Apple/Google after the user installs the app. Nothing gets lost — your totals only ever grow.

The link itself is permanent (it's tied to your account ID). You can change your display name and contact info on the My Account page anytime.

Hit the refresh button on the My Link card. If the numbers don't move, the card may be showing cached totals while our stats provider catches up — the footer of the card says how old they are. Anything still missing after a day, let us know.

No — and that's the point. The whole program is designed to stay hands-off for you. You give us the info; we design, print, package, and ship. No vendors to coordinate, no quality issues to chase down. Order from the Print Studio when you're ready and we take it from there.

The sun/moon pill is at the bottom of the sidebar, next to the version number. The whole portal — and the Print Studio — follows your choice on every device you use.

Sessions last 7 days on each device, then you sign in again — a routine security measure. Your work, preferences, and drafts are all saved to your account, so nothing is lost.

Tell us! This is a living guide — if a feature isn't documented, we'll add it.

Got a question we didn't cover? Email info@myseum.com and we'll get back to you fast.
